It’s a fairly short video, but it really provides some great information on why texting is such a great tool to use during and after break ups. Prior to the release of this new program I hadn’t really looked at much of Mike’s material on this subject of texting an ex, because things with my girl have been going pretty good and I’m not too worried about her breaking up with me.
But that being said, I’m glad that I got the chance to hear Mike’s thoughts on break ups. He really has a different take on things then a lot of the other dating and relationship experts that I am familiar with.

Friends and family members will always tell you things like “there are other fish in the sea” and stupid crap like that to make you feel better, but let’s face it… If you’ve still got feelings for your ex it’s straight up UNHEALTHY to try to repress or ignore those feelings, like they say “the heart wants what the heart wants…”
